    Should you want to increase your stamina, develop a mediation practice to calm the mind, decrease your anxiety, or learn how to access the depths of the body through the practice of yoga, I am here to help.

    Tailored to suit your unique needs, our plan shall incorporate long term vision with the practicalities of daily living.

  • Inception

    Our first meeting will include an additional 15 minute assessment of your current state. Together we shall design a plan for supporting your ideal health.

Since 1994, yoga has been my medicine:

solace and guide, teacher, student, gift & grace.

I was invited at a young age to the yogic philosophy by my Nannie. Her daily practice included reading from sacred texts, which both repelled and fascinated me.

Growing up in a frigid climate I appreciated movement. Challenging postures lead me to marry movement to breath.

When a yoga teacher training commenced four days later, I leapt…

and From the first time teaching upon the rooftops of Barcelona to my home practice this morning, I’m privileged to experience each part of the practice as fresh, relevant and profoundly as the first time.

 

This practice is a way to intentionally orient how You feel about yourself; settle in deeper for the experience of the blessings in each breath.
