Born in Western Canada, Ramesh grew into adulthood in Barcelona, Vancouver and New York City.

He is a current 2nd year student of Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

It all began when…

at the age of five, my father's mother, a Hindu priestess, initiated me into the practice of yoga, teaching me the Gayatri mantra, a method for reducing darkness in the world. Ever since, the practices of yoga have been a ballast in my life, reducing limiting forces, ushering me towards service, and the highest benefit for all.

Fascinated with unique ways of observing and engaging with this living experience, and the health required to do it well, I've sought ways to transform limitation into permission.

From Cologne to Hong Kong, Tulum to Vancouver, I've practiced with great teachers; guides teaching how to generate a creative and profound experience while embodying their fullest potential.

I've focused on the intangibles of what makes a successful life: support networks; accountability; community; skill-set; knowledge; experience; physical and mental health; finance.

Yet behind all of these things, a primordial force within each of us Vitality: the power giving continuance of life, present in all living things.

Searching for ways to amplify Vitality has lead me all over the world, studying principles of great systems and practices, expanding my ability of perceiving, cultivating and generating this fountain of wellness and health that exists within each of us and the world around.

Cultivating a greater relationship to self I've continually had to embrace change, letting go of who I thought I was for who I could become. It’s invited me to meet the world authentically and cultivate my place within it. This continual practice of connection to self has encoded a connection to the subtle and to my home within the universe at large

It's how I became a certified yoga instructor, 3000 hour trained therapeutic massage therapist, professional scuba diver, facilitator of spirit, wellness coach & vitality engineer.

Since 1999, a continuous education of the philosophical, spiritual and physical disciplines has prepared me to weave a just amount of provocation into the curated experience, supporting you, the practitioner, and your ability to transcend your limitations in this current physical reality.

Whatever form of wealth you seek to cultivate, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, my mission is to support you.

Through the medium of your physical form I will guide you to deeper spaces, transcending limiting perceptions for all that is possible.
