Private classes are alignment based and designed with the individual in mind. Over 3000 hours of studies in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and practices inform the fundamental aspects of supporting your health, keeping the practitioner safe throughout all movements.
Depending on the clients objectives, our sessions together can have an energetic, physical or emotional focus.

Our first meeting will include an additional 15 minute assessment of your current state. Together we shall design a plan for supporting your ideal health.
