Sessions are 60 minutes.
You will remain clothed throughout the session.
If this is the first time that we are working together, schedule an additional 30 minutes.

If you are familiar with yoga, consider this an assisted Savasana.
Guiding your breath to a state of mindful awareness, you enter a state of receptivity and relaxation.
Hands on manipulations re-frame your spine around the central nervous system.
You enter a profound state of relaxation.
Neck and shoulder maladies are addressed. Digestive issues ease.
Jaw tension relaxes. Low back pain resolves.
Anxiety and stress melt.
Often sessions produce lateral shifts in thinking. As such, creatives appreciate receiving this work.
Post Treatment ➫
You are a soul.
You have a body.
Take your time re-integrating into the world again. These sessions change your blood pressure, so rising from the table can take a moment. Note the shift in awareness, the perception of your body...
The whole stabilizes and the body may feel new to you.
Ideally, post treatment you prioritize self care: keep bookings to a minimum; to integrate sensations from the body, take yourself on a date; travel slower and move mindfully.
The less scheduled the better.
You will be given home practices for self care: exercises to strengthen and neutralize imbalances.
The manipulations are subtle, but there may be some muscle soreness.
Epsom salt baths are a wonderful solution for this. Add 2 cups to a warm bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.
